Hoewel je het misschien lastig vind, adviseren wij je om dit in de eerste plaats open en eerlijk te bespreken met de kraamverzorgende. Wellicht helpt zo\u2019n gesprek om tot een oplossing of verbetering te komen. Vind je het toch lastig om het gesprek rechtstreeks met je kraamverzorgende aan te gaan of komen jullie er niet uit? Neem dan, tijdens kantoortijden tussen 08:30-16:30 uur, telefonisch contact op met Bby Zorg via 085 \u2013 050 80 80. Een informele klacht wordt in behandeling genomen door de kwaliteitsmanager van Bby Zorg. Hij\/zij zal toewerken naar een oplossing en onderzoeken of er binnen de organisatie stappen genomen moeten worden zodat herhaling in de toekomst voorkomen kan worden.<\/p>\n Formele klacht<\/em><\/p>\n Formele klachten kunnen alleen schriftelijk worden ingediend bij de klachtenfunctionaris van Bby Zorg via info@bbyzorg.nu. De wet Kwaliteit Klachten en Geschillen (WKKGz) is van toepassing op de klachtenbehandeling. Vervolgens zal Bby Zorg binnen 1 week contact met je opnemen en je de mogelijkheid geven om een mondelinge toelichting te geven.<\/p>\n Wanneer je er niet met de klachtenfunctionaris van Bby Zorg uitkomt\u00a0 krijg je de gelegenheid om gebruik te maken van de diensten van de klachtenfunctionaris van BO geboortezorg. BO geboortezorg treedt onafhankelijk op namens Bby Zorg. Het email adres van de klachten-functionaris van Bo geboortezorg is: klachtenfunctionaris@bogeboortezorg.nl<\/a><\/p>\n Schade<\/em><\/p>\n Wij zullen zorgvuldig met je eigendommen omgaan. Mocht een kraamverzorgende toch onverhoopt schade veroorzaken tijdens haar werkzaamheden dan dient deze schade binnen 5 dagen na het afronden van de zorg gemeld te worden.
