Number of hours of maternity care

During the intake interview we assess your personal situation. We then calculate the number of hours of maternity care according to the National Indication Protocol. You are entitled to this based on the basic indication

49 hours of care for 8 days when breastfeeding and 45 hours of care for 8 days when you give formula.

The legal minimum is 24 hours of care for 8 days. Bby Zorg always strives to provide full hours of maternity care. 

During the maternity period, the indicated hours can be adjusted by the midwife. This depends on the medical situation at that time.

Contribution

Bby Zorg heeft contracten met alle zorgverzekeraars in Nederland. De kosten voor kraamzorg wordt uit het basispakket van de zorgverzekering vergoed. Toch geldt er wel een eigen bijdrage per geleverd kraamzorguur. Voor 2024 is de eigen bijdrage vastgesteld op € 5,10 per kraamzorguur. Voor 2025 is de eigen bijdrage vastgesteld op €5,40 per kraamzorguur. Als je een aanvullende zorgverzekering hebt dan wordt de eigen bijdrage mogelijk geheel of gedeeltelijk vergoed door je verzekeraar. Daarom adviseren wij je contact op te nemen met je zorgverzekeraar om hier navraag over te doen.
