Despite the excellent efforts of our maternity nurses, you may not be completely satisfied with something. Although you may find it difficult, we advise you to discuss this openly and honestly with the maternity nurse in the first place. Perhaps such a conversation will help to find a solution or improvement. Do you find it difficult to have a conversation directly with your maternity nurse or are you unable to reach an agreement? Please contact Bby Zorg by telephone during office hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM on 085 - 050 80 80. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

To file a complaint

Informal complaint

You can report informal complaints by telephone. An informal complaint will be handled by Bby Zorg's quality manager. He/she will work towards a solution and investigate whether steps need to be taken within the organization so that recurrence can be prevented in the future.

Formal complaint

Formal complaints can only be submitted in writing to Bby Zorg's complaints officer via info@bbyzorg.nu. The Complaints and Disputes Quality Act (WKKGz) applies to complaints handling. Bby Zorg will then contact you within 1 week and give you the opportunity to provide a verbal explanation.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the Bby Zorg complaints officer, you will be given the opportunity to use the services of the BO Birth Care complaints officer.
